Returns/Exchanges

We except returns! If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may postmark it back as long as it's within 14 calendar days from the date it was delivered. Be aware that you must pay for the return postage, but you may ship via the courier and method of your choosing. Products must be unworn and in its original packaging. If returned product is accepted, you will be granted a full refund. Products that have been opened, contain any marks or stains, or even smell of perfume, cologne, body odor or any other state that differs from which you received them will not be accepted if we deem unacceptable. Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion depending on condition of returned product.

IF you have received a product that is different from which you ordered due to an error on our part, you must contact us in advance and we will cover the return shipping. This does not apply if you placed an order where you accidentally selected the wrong size or if you accidentally ordered the wrong quantity. Wrong products received due to customer error will be subject to our normal return policy and you must pay for return shipping.

At this time exchanges are not accepted. To keep our inventory and database as accurate as possible, you will need to return the original items for a refund and then place a new order for desired replacement.
